Blood Collection Tube Separation Gel Filling Machine is suitable for filling the separation gel in blood collection tube production.

Features:

• Production Capacity: Consistent output ranging from 6,000 to 8,000 pieces per hour, subject to variations in viscosity and filling volume.

• Filling Technology: Equipped with 10 precision volumetric valves, each controlled by one valve and two glue rods, allowing for a simultaneous filling of 20 glue heads (10 valves × 2 pieces at a time).

• Gel Amount: Adjustable between 0.6 and 1.5 grams, with a standard base of 0.7 grams, and a tolerance of ±10%.
